More and more people begin to collect oil paintings. Although oil paintings are kept for a long time and not easy to break, they also need to be maintained in the process of collection. If there is no reasonable maintenance measures, they may be accidentally damaged. In the process of collecting oil paintings, it is suggested that we should pay attention to the following problems.

一、儲存油畫的屋子要注意通風和防潮，盡可能離洗澡間、廚房遠一些，注意防止灰塵、油煙對畫布造成的損壞，房間內應保持一定的溫度與濕度。受潮的畫一定要慢慢陰干，切忌暴曬，否則畫面容易脫落。

1、 The room where oil paintings are stored should pay attention to ventilation and moisture-proof. It should be as far away from the bathroom and kitchen as possible. It should pay attention to prevent the damage to the canvas caused by dust and oil fumes. A certain temperature and humidity should be maintained in the room. Damp paintings must be dried slowly in the shade, avoid exposure, otherwise the picture is easy to fall off.

二、一般油畫可以保存二三百年，但隨著時間的推移，有些油畫在幾十年后就可能出現龜裂。如果收藏品較多，可以把油畫用塑料布包起來，放在木箱里，防止硬傷。

2、 General oil paintings can be preserved for two or three hundred years, but as time goes on, some oil paintings may crack after several decades. If you have a large collection, you can wrap the oil painting in plastic cloth and put it in a wooden box to prevent hard injury.

三、可在畫布背面薄薄地涂上兩層預先溶解在松節油中的天然蜂蠟，能完全防止潮濕空氣的浸入而造成損害。油畫切忌將兩張畫面對貼。卷油畫時要使畫布朝里，畫面朝外，外面卷一層紙筒，然后再用塑料布裹上，防止畫裂。

3、 Two layers of natural beeswax pre dissolved in turpentine can be thinly coated on the back of the canvas, which can completely prevent the damage caused by the immersion of humid air. Don't stick two pictures together in oil painting. When rolling the oil painting, make the canvas face inward, the picture face outward, roll a layer of paper tube outside, and then wrap it with plastic cloth to prevent the painting from cracking.

四、墻上掛的油畫如果落上灰塵，可以用微濕的干凈布輕輕地擦。如果油上面有油煙，可以用淡一點的肥皂水和清水輕輕地試著擦洗，然后迅速拿海綿把畫面上的水吸干，再拿電風扇輕吹油畫表面。如果遇到年代久、有龜裂的油畫，一定要少用水，局部干擦即可。如果用的上光油為油畫保養，在噴上光油之前，要用干凈的布把畫面擦干凈。

4、 If the oil painting on the wall falls with dust, you can gently wipe it with a slightly wet clean cloth. If there is oil fume on the oil, you can gently try to scrub it with light soapy water and clean water, then quickly take a sponge to dry the water on the screen, and then use an electric fan to gently blow the oil painting surface. If you come across a long time, cracked oil painting, you must use less water, local dry rub can. If you use a professional varnish for oil painting maintenance, before spraying varnish, clean the picture with a clean cloth.

五、避免氣溫升高使畫面粘連,導致油彩脫落、畫面受損。油畫要避免陽光的長期直射，因為紫外線對色彩的破壞性很大，會造成褪色和變色。

5、 Avoid the temperature rise to make the picture adhesion, resulting in paint off, damaged picture. Oil painting should avoid the long-term direct sunlight, because ultraviolet radiation is destructive to color, which will cause fading and discoloration.
